Non Healing Wound in HIV + Patient
A 27 year old male patient came with non healing wound. He met with an accident about one year ago. This caused a big wound on his leg. He took all possible treatment including several courses of antibiotics but nothing could help in healing the wound. He was then asked for some investigations and was found HIV + with low CD 4 count. He was put on Anti Viral Therapy but even after several months of treatment, there was no improvement. He came to EBMC and enquired about possible treatment. After thorough assessment, he was put on Homeopathic Medicines. Within 15 days he called up to tell that he can see improvement. In one month’s treatment his wound was healed.
